Our Dock Replacement Program

To ensure the safety and quality of our marina, we’ve implemented an ongoing dock replacement program. You’ll find photos of newly replaced docks—installed just six months ago—as well as older docks scheduled for replacement in the coming six months. Due to our popular winter storage program and the steady presence of liveaboards from across New England, shutting down the marina for major overhauls isn’t feasible. Instead, we’ve invested in our own crane and floating barge, allowing us to carry out replacements year-round without interrupting operations. Our in-house team, which includes experienced dock builders and licensed crane operators, works throughout the year to maintain and upgrade our docks to the highest safety standards.
